A Pet Peeve

Do you know what I HATE?  And HATE in a way that I almost yell out the windows of my care at people  . . .

I hate it when people spray off their driveways.  It's ridiculous that it makes me so angry.  People who I would otherwise never have an unkind word to say a word about.  But when they go out on their driveway and start spraying every ounce of dirt off into the gutter it drives me absolutely batty.  

This is where I confess that I have joined PETA or something . . . but I haven't.  I simply cannot stand how wasteful and in my estimation totally disrespectful it is to waste our resources hosing off their stuff.  I know, I know, there are times when you need to spray off some mud or something. And I'm sure I have some totally lame habits myself.  I don't even want to know what my carbon footprint is because it will surely give me eco-anxiety.  But there is a difference between occasionally spraying off some stuff and being a habitual driveway sprayer. . .  the Sunday afternoon habitual driveway sprayer kind.  Yep, the kind where the guy is out there in his shorts and church socks, spraying off his driveway.  

But seriously, to the habitual driveway sprayers of the world I say: GET A BROOM!!!!!
