I realize that I have wooed the few readers of my blog with my newfound knowledge of canning - but let me hit you with this Sunday Dinner goodness!
I'll title this recipe: Red Potatos
Get a little bag of those littel red (russett?) potatos
Cut up half of a green pepper, half of a yellow pepper, and half of a red pepper into thin slices
Cut up half of an onion into thin slices
Toss in 2 TBLS. or so of olive oil
Put in a baking dish
Put some garlic salt and a bit of pepper over them
Cover with tin foil
Bake at 375 for an hour
Take the tin foil off
Broil them for the last few minutes
And there you go - the best freaking potatos on the planet. Made them last night (with a little guidance from my mom) and thought I'd pass along this easy, healthy, fast, and fabulous little recipe that I like to call: Red Potatos
