Well, as most people do after a day full of bad eating topped off by rolos melted over popcorn, I have made a resolve today to eat better.
I went to the grocery store this morning and bought all kinds of fabulous fruits and vegetables. My cart was beautiful and multcolored as our new food chart suggests it be. I took a gander at some sort of fat flush low carb 2 week diet, but I'm pretty sure I've all ready blown that with the bag of Soy Crisps that I bought (and just ate).
That's right . . . Soy Crisps. I'm giving it my best shot!
