OK -- Grey's let me down last season, but it's still the one and only TV show I make time to watch - and let's be honest - I'm a little excited for this season to start. I'm keeping the faith that they are going to make a turn around this season. Here is all the dirt I've dug up . . .

Cucumber Water

OK-- the most refreshing water I've ever had? Came from a day spa that had a water cooler with a few slices of cucumber inside. I'm all for a lemon or lime wedge in my water -- but this was a fresh twist. Try it! Just throw a slice of cucumber in a small water pitcher in your fridge and you'll see what I mean . . .

Eva Mulvad and Malalai Joya

Ever heard of these two women? If not - you need to read up on them! Eva Mulvad is the director whose film “Enemies of Happiness” won Best World Documentary at the 2007 Sundance Film Festival. The film follows the successful campaign of then-28-year-old Malalai Joya, elected in 2005 to Afghanistan’s National Assembly, the first democratically-elected parliamentary body in that nation in three decades.

Ever wondered about those cute little mocassins you were obsessed with in your child's infancy? Well - they were created by Sandra Wilson of Canada and named after her little boy - Robert. That changes the way I would pronouce the name a litlte bit!
